How It All Began – What's on My Plate
Ayubowan, "I'm Imasha a food lover from Sri Lanka. Though I have a degree in Aquatic Resources Technology, my true passion is cooking. It took me years to realize it, but once I did, there was no looking back!
For me, food is an experiment, an experience, and a story. My husband once said, I've never eaten the same dish twice because you always change something and make it better." That stuck with me—it made me realize that my love for food is about more than just cooking. It's about creativity, discovery, and constant learning.
That's why I started "What's on My Plate"—a space to share my journey, my food experiments, and my love for Sri Lankan flavors. Through my Facebook page and YouTube channel, I upload the dishes I create, always trying something new, always evolving.
